1. This passanger Ticket is issue by SUPER GOLDEN TRAVELS Pvt.Ltd. here in after to as the "CARRIER" and accepted by the passanger who herby agress to the conditions set forth herein.
2. Passangers are accepted for carriage upon condition that:
1. The Carrier shall be liable for damage to passangers only when such damages take place on board the mode oftransport avaible by the carrier or in the courseof embarking no or disembarking and such damages is proven to have been caused by negligence of the carrier, any contributory negligence of the passanger shall be subject to the applicable law.

2. For death, wounding or body injury of passanger the liablity of the Carrier shall be to the maximum amount to NPR 50000 in local currency as per the terms and conditions of the Insurance Company who has insured the business.

3. The good carrier as per mention in ticket, except as otherwise provided in this ticket, in Carriers tariffs, conditions of carrage or the related regulations. the face of carrage, Hereunder is subject to change prior to commencement of carrage. Carrier may refuse tp the service if the applicable fare not been paid.
4. Carrier undertake to use its best effort to carry the passanger and baggage with resonable dispatch. Times shown in timetable or elsewhere are not guranteed and from on the ticket in case of necessity. Sycedules are subject to change without notice. CARRIER as assumes on responsibility for the delay.
5. No agents, servants or representatives of carrier has authority to alter, modify of waive any provision of the contract.
6. The contract of carriage comprised in this ticket shall be construed according to the law of Government of Nepal and any action arising thereform shall be sought only in a Court as per the Government of Nepal.

RESTRICTEDARTICLES IN PASSENGER'S BAGGAGE

Articles such as the following shall not be carried by passenger in their baggage or elsewhere without the consent of and prior arrangment with carrier.

Compressed gases (Flammable, non-flammable and poisonous):

Explosive, muntitions, fireworks and articles which are easily ignited:

Flammable liquides and solids (such as flammable aerosols, lighter or heating fuels, matchess):

Oxidizing materials: Poisons Ratioactive materials:

Other restricted articles (Such as mercury, magnetic material, offensive or irritating materials):

LATEST CHECK-IN TIME

you will not be able to embark if you checkin at the counter after the time indicated below.

Conditions:

Passengers are responsibile for their own luggage during the entire the journy. 

Due to technical reasons, the bus can cancelled or timings can be altered.

If canclled 24 hours in advance cancellation charge will be 30%.

Last minute cancellations are subject ti 50% charge of the fare.

In case of NO SHOW there will be NO REFUND.

Refunds will be made at actual point of purchase only.

We are not liable for incovenience aused by any natural calamities which may delay the bus to reach your destinations.
